THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute junk. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've used it a million times, and it still doesn't work. The quality is cheap, and the features are stupid. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisproduct without being mortified. I'm so frustrated that I imagined I'd bought something usable instead. Save your money, folks
